“From Tilt to Byte” is an exhibition celebrated in the MuVIM (Museo Valenciano de la Ilustración y la Modernidad [Valencian Museum of Illustration and Modernity]) from December 23rd to February 22nd. There, many video game lovers take their journey through history, starting with the classic board games until those of the current digital world, with particular emphasis on the national companies, among which is From The Bench.

In our showcase you can check out part of our Art/Design process. We’ve shared some interface sketches, comparing them to the final product, illustration and 3D process, cutting out the portraits where you will be able to see how, from the original image, we’re able to separate the player from his shirt and prepare him so he can be dressed with any shirt from any other team.

We place great emphasis on the personalization process, using the official team logos, team colors as well as adding great detail to increase the user experience as much as possible. We want their love for their favorite team to be shown in the game.

Throughout the rest of the exhibition, you will be able to go through all areas of the videogame world: remember the first generation consoles, explore the evolution of some of the most famous videogames over the years, such as Super Mario and many more. You’ll also be able to enjoy the latest industry trends: the youtubers, make a living testing games…
